Shipping & Returns

Don't be fooled by FREE SHIPPING!  We all know nothing is free.  Where other web sites include shipping in the price, you will probably pay more than you should.

We work hard to make sure you get the best possible price on our products and then we work even harder to ensure you get the best shipping rates available.

Shipping to a commercial address can be up to a 60% savings over shipping to a residential address.  If you can receive the items this way, you can get sizeable savings on the larger items.

Shipping & Freight Quotes

Due to the dynamic nature of the economy and fuel prices, shipping prices vary weekly. Because of this, we require freight quotes on some of our larger items like our full size grills and liquid storage tanks.  These items almost always have to be sent by freight truck and can not be shipped through normal shipping methods because of their size and/or weight.

These items are clearly marked with instructions on how to request a freight quote. After requesting the freight quote, you will be sent an email with detailed instructions on ordering the item online.

We assure you this is a painless process and adds very little time to your order.

Our promise to you is that we will provide you the best possible price on each item and the very best possible shipping price.

We have over 12 locations from which to ship our storage tanks to you.  This lets us ship from the location closest to you - giving you the best possible shipping rates.

Our shipping quotes are good for seven (7) days from the day we quote it.

Item Pickup

You may be located close enough to our home store to order your item online and then come by and pick it up.

If you are ordering one of our liquid storage tanks, we have potentially over 12 locations from around the country from where you can pickup the tank.

If you know you are going to pickup an item at order time, simply select "Pickup" as your Shipping Method.

Receiving Tanks & Large Items

If we are shipping you a tank or large item, you must inspect the tank before taking possesion of it and you must inspect the contents before signing the bill of lading whether the box, is DAMAGED or not!  If there is damage to your order, you MUST write "FREIGHT DAMAGED" on the bill of lading before you sign it. Then CALL US IMMEDIATELY for further instructions.

Boyd's Equipment can not be held responsible for freight damage.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through boydsequipment.com, contact us for a return authorization within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.  You will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling if applicable.

To return an item, email or call us for an RMA number.  Please include a brief note with the reason for your return, a copy of the invoice or order number and make sure the item is insured for the total cost.

We are not able to accept any returned item that has been damaged.
