Since we live in Fredericksburg, it’s pretty natural that our favorite ingredient is peaches! So much so, that we created a barbecue in honor of the peach. And just to make it solidly Texan, we added some of those delicious Hill Country river bottom pecans. The sauce combines some sweet with a little heat in that great base of peaches. It’s great on steak and burgers alike, but be sure to try it with pork and chicken too.
